12 LESSONS
2H00 MASTERCLASS
1/ Know your self-esteem
In this lesson, we’ll look at what constitutes self-esteem and how important it is to our self-confidence. You’ll see what misperceptions can erode it, and how to get rid of them so you can be yourself.
11:12
2/ Evaluate and develop your
Personal Confidence Index
The Personal Confidence Index is an indicator of our ability to accept uncertainty. In this lesson, we’ll show you how to build and develop your CPI every day, so that you don’t have to put up with complex situations and are able to do and cope in all circumstances.
15:05
3/ Being consistent with your values
Our values are who we are and should never be negotiable. In this lesson, we’ll see how important they are to our overall motivation, as they define the standard of behavior we wish to achieve and indicate the moral limits we must not cross.
07:44
4/ 04 Building a strong ego
In this lesson, we’ll analyze our ego as a performance factor in the sense that it drives us to assert ourselves and seek satisfaction, success and full fulfillment. We’ll also look at the pitfalls of a poorly mastered, overestimated or undersized ego, and the impact this has on us and those around us.
09:49
5/ The right kind of humility
This lesson is dedicated to the right kind of humility: how to assert yourself and express your skills and know-how in a powerful way, without coming across as arrogant? You’ll realize that humility is a delicate balance to be built every day.
08:33
6/ Accepting and managing emotions
Primary emotions are always legitimate for those who experience them. They are therefore useful and indispensable to our performance. In this lesson, we’ll analyze how they modify our perception, and how to accept and identify them to prevent them from deteriorating.
10:39
7/ Turning stress into an ally
This lesson will show you that stress is first and foremost a positive reaction to an unforeseen situation, and that the way we accept and use it will radically alter the impact it has on us.
12:46
8/ Mobilizing your mental energy
Mental energy is our capacity to perform psychological tasks. It fluctuates according to the intensity of the task and the associated emotions and stress. This lesson will show you the right reflexes to free up your energy and improve the use of your mental load in all circumstances.
08:26
9/ Physical energy preservation
In this lesson, we’ll look at how physical and mental energy support each other. We’ll look at sleep, recuperation, physical activity and nutrition, so that we can listen to our bodies and put them to work for us.
12:21
10/ Being serious without taking yourself too seriously
In today’s complex and stressful world, we need to know how to be serious without taking ourselves too seriously. This lesson will focus on using humor as a pressure relief valve, and on the ability to laugh at yourself, in the right measure and at the right time.
05:44
11/ Being proud to be unique
In this lesson, we’ll see that to truly know ourselves, we need to look at ourselves objectively, and accept everything that makes us different from everyone else. We’ll see how to cultivate our marginality and shape it to achieve our ambitions.
06:21
12/ Guarding against overconfidence
Overconfidence is sneaky and insidious. If we don’t detect its emergence, it will trip us up. This final lesson in the “Getting to know yourself” Masterclass will explain how to detect the signals of overconfidence and listen to those that alert you to avoid this risk.
