2H06 MASTERCLASS
1/ The HAVT 5 levers of trust
In this lesson, we’ll take a look at the five levers of trust we can use to strive for excellence: self-confidence, team confidence, hierarchical confidence, confidence in the mission and confidence in the story.
08:38
2/ Understanding leaders, operators, and retarders
We can divide the members of an organization into three distinct groups: Leaders, Operators and Retarders. In this lesson, we’ll look at how to use the LOR© curve and adapt management to each member, whether proactive or reactive.
10:23
3/ Create and apply team rules and regulation
Any social group can only hope to function and endure if it imposes clear operating rules that apply to all members. The same applies to a team. We’ll be thinking about its application so that it benefits the team’s agility without constraining it.
09:54
4/ Turning vision into mission
A vision is an idea to be built, and a mission is a task to be accomplished. To make it a reality, the vision must be transformed into an operational mission. In this lesson, we’ll look at how to give meaning to a vision and commit all forces to the same goal.
10:25
5/ Create the collective with OBLIC©
To speed up and facilitate recognition of everyone’s role, HAVT© high value-added teams use the acronym ONLIC©: Objective, Needs, Limits, Impacts, Constraints. This tool will guide us in building our collective.
13:08
6/ Establish polymorphism
Polymorphism characterizes the ability of an organization to present itself in different forms, depending on a given situation. In this lesson, we’ll look at how to adapt management to the six phases of action.
07:26
7/ Understand the action’s cycle
The acceleration of all cycles, whether economic, social or technological, requires us to think in terms of rhythm rather than time. We will define each action sequence to develop the team’s polymorphism and achieve the set objective.
08:02
8/ Using the DATAC© toolkit
The DATAC© frame of reference defines common rules of action that need to be adapted and defined for each organization around five themes: discipline, adaptation, transgression, autonomy and communication. As a leader, we’ll see how to adjust each slider of this reference framework.
13:05
9/ Detecting trust pathologies
In this lesson, we’ll look at the pathologies of self-confidence and those of the team. They need to be detected and treated to avoid damaging the team’s confidence and the leader’s legitimacy.
12:33
10/ Removing the barriers to agility
The Insecurity Quotient, IQ©, characterizes a person’s ability to accept uncertainty. The collective Insecurity Quotient© defines a team’s ability to accept uncertainty. In this lesson, we’ll identify the seven major obstacles to agility and how to overcome them.
09:49
11/ Recruit a new team member
The team is a living organism in perpetual evolution, and some members will leave while others join. We’ll be looking at how best to integrate these newcomers, while preserving the balance of the team and keeping the “old hands” on board.
12:39
12/ Managing the team’s retarders
We don’t always recruit our own team, and we often have to take over the lead from a team we’ve already built up with members we wouldn’t necessarily have chosen. In this lesson, we’ll define the various complex profiles and mobilize the techniques needed to avoid them.
